You can apply for vacancies at the same level or one level above your current role.

Movements allowed:


Lateral Movement (same level):

Different roles at the same level. Example: Analyst II and Supervisor are both L3, so you can move between them.


Vertical Movement (up one level):

Promotion to the next level. Example: from Analyst II (L3) to Analyst III (L4).


Movements NOT allowed:


Downgrade: moving down a level (e.g., L3 → L2)


Skip Level: moving up two or more levels (e.g., L3 → L5)

Have you registered your IDP in TeamGuide?

The IDP (Individual Development Plan) is a plan built jointly between the employee and the leader, based on feedback and evaluation results. It guides professional development by defining learning priorities and behaviors to be strengthened.


The IDP is not mandatory, and you are responsible for registering it in the Teamguide system.


The leader is responsible for monitoring progress throughout the year, supporting, directing, and reviewing the plan whenever necessary.

I have decided to apply for a position in an office outside my home country. Will Hotmart Company relocate me?

No. Should you decide to apply for a position abroad, you will be responsible for the immigration and relocation processes, including any costs involved.

What are the steps in the recruitment process?

There are 3 main stages:


1. Resume Screening - all applicants are reviewed at this stage.


2. Interview - if your resume is evaluated positively, you will be invited for an interview. Please note that not all candidates will proceed to this stage, so we cannot guarantee that everyone will be interviewed.


3. Final Feedback - after completing the previous stages, you will receive feedback on your application.

How will I receive feedback?

Our communication, including feedback, will always be conducted via email. It is important to note that, to ensure the quality of the feedback, only candidates who reach the final stages of the process will receive more detailed feedback, and in some cases, personalized video feedback may be offered. For other candidates, we will provide general feedback on their application. We want everyone to have the opportunity to learn and grow, even if feedback formats differ.

Can Troopers/Teachaneers apply for any open position?

Yes, the application process is unified. Employees from both Hotmart and Teachable can apply for positions at either company by following the same procedure.

What will my manager be asked about my participation in this process?

Your manager will be responsible for making a recommendation consistent with the opportunity in question, highlighting how this contributes to your career development at Hotmart Company.
