If there's one thing we take the greatest pride in, it's our culture.

The Hot Heroes are ambassadors of Hotmart culture, Troopers who live our mantras every day. They strengthen the unique essence of our company, inspiring colleagues and driving our purpose forward. With enthusiasm and a proactive attitude, they directly contribute to making our culture vibrant, strong, and truly impactful!


Since 2015, this program has annually elected representatives for each mantra within each of Hotmart’s three pillars: Technology, Business, and Enabling. Those elected serve their term in the year following the election, during which they engage in a journey focused on strengthening Hotmart’s culture. And, of course, they receive special recognition.

This year, the program brings a great improvement to ensure that all our Troopers have even more chances to be recognized, regardless of the office they are in. The innovation? We’ve used a special touch of statistics to adjust the weight of each office, balancing participation and giving everyone space.
